Terms and Conditions – we99 Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of we99 and govern your access to and use of the we99 platform, including the website at we99.plus, the Android app available from the Download page, all game categories (Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Sports Betting), the VIP programme and any promotions offered from time to time.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or playing any game on we99, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on we99. Creating duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, same payment details, same device or same IP address – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, a valid contact number and accurate payment details during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms. we99 may carry out identity checks at any time and will require documentation to match the information held on the account.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. we99 will never ask for your full password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately. we99 is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing account access with a third party.

Account Currency

All we99 accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits, bonuses, game stakes, winnings and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on the platform side.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

we99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and the platform will display currently available options at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing

Withdrawal Processing

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawals from a balance that contains active bonus funds will first exhaust the real money portion in accordance with the applicable bonus terms. we99 reserves the right to delay or reverse a withdrawal if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

we99 offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, Cricket and PSL season promotions and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address or device unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes, constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on we99 – including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and Sports Betting – are provided by third-party game providers. The rules governing each individual game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing real money bets.

we99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results in RNG-based games (Slots, Fish Games) are generated by certified random number generators operated by the game provider. Live Casino results are determined by real-time play with human dealers. Sports Betting results are determined by actual match outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's balance. The decision of we99 in such circumstances is final.

7. VIP Programme

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

10. Privacy and Data

11. Limitation of Liability

we99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

we99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback on a deposit transaction.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned to your verified payment method after a review period, provided no fraud or abuse has been confirmed. If fraud is confirmed, all funds are subject to forfeiture.
